LEGO Love Live! School Idol Project is a video game based on the Love Live series and LEGO toys.

The game is based on the first season of the anime and the OVA.

Gameplay

The game features many different playable characters, who have varying abilities which allow you to access certain areas that you might not be able to reach as another character. Characters are unlocked by completing levels or purchasing them at the store. You can access levels and other features in the hub world, Otonokizaka High School.

Story Mode

It is a third-person game with exploring platforming sections and music stages. The exploring and platforming sections have collectables hidden throughout the levels including studs, minikits and red bricks. In the music sections, collectables are awarded based on how well the player performed in the level.

Free Play

Once you complete a level, you unlock the free play feature, which allows players to play the same level again, but choose from any character that they have unlocked.

Live

A seperate gamemode allows players to play any songs they have unlocked in the game as a concert. Once the songs and performers are chosen, the players will play the music stages in a row. For songs featured in the anime series, the anime edit and full version are available to choose from.
